Following on from the re-launch of our Facebook Application, we have added some more tools to enable you to promote your space on and offline a little easier.
In addition to the `Share on Facebook` button that has appeared on all parking space listings for a while, we have just added `E-mail to a friend` that will allow you to share a parking space listing you have found or are looking to promote. Alternatively you can simply copy a link to the parking space page and paste it in your website, blog or any of the online forums you currently use.
We have also revamped our `Promote Us` section and have added a few new features including the ability to add the ParkatmyHouse.com Search Engine directly on to your website or blog.
Visit www.parkatmyhouse.com/promote/ for further details.
If you can think of any other tools you would like to see please let us know.

Today we re-activated the ability to drag the map of parking spaces to sorrounding areas to show other available parking spaces.
Instead of just seeing up to 10 parking spaces at a time, we have added small markers on the map for every parking space in close proximity. Simply click on a marker to find out more information about each parking space listing.
To the right is an example of some of our available parking spaces around Canary Wharf.

It has been over a year now since we launched the ParkatmyHouse.com Facebook application
and we have received a significant amount of feedback from many of you with new ideas on the best way to promote your parking space listing.
Thanks to our recently launched design and Facebook changing the way applications are allowed to operate, there is now a really easy way to let all your `Facebook friends` see that you have a parking space available to rent.

As you can see from the image above, you can now promote your Parking Space listing directly on your Facebook profile page. You can also get your friends to promote your space on your behalf. Simply tell them your username and send them to http://apps.facebook.com/parking/promote/.
Please let us know if you have tried out this feature and while you’re at it, please become `a fan` of ParkatmyHouse.com
Thanks,

Today we launced a new version of our internal search engine. Not the most exciting bit of news you are likely to hear today but for anyone looking to park or renting out their parking space, you are now much more likely to find a `parking partner`.
Our search algorithm takes a number of factors in to account and although we can’t give away the ingredients to our `magic sauce`, a few of the variables we take in to consideration include distance, proximity to local amenities, pricing, reliability rating and also the number of successful bookings you have already had. We plug these and many other important elements in to our big parking machine and `spit out` parking spaces that we think are relevant to your search query.
We are always interested to hear your thoughts about improvements to the way the site works so please send us an e-mail by clicking on `contact us` at the bottom of this page.
Happy searching!

Firstly let me apologise to all the Clint Eastwood fans who are reading this post thinking I was going to share some secret plots or start rumours about potential sequels. For those that are die hard Clint Eastwood fans please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Good,_the_Bad_and_the_Ugly for all there is to know about this great film and the great man himself.
Dealing with strangers can as the title suggests end in one of three ways:
- The Good – Everything goes swimmingly well and you can’t wait to see each other again in the future.
- The Bad – Road closures, delayed payments and minor earthquakes can all lead to frustrating experiences.
- The Ugly – Scratches, bumps, fisticuffs and crying babies can all lead to one of those days in which you wonder why you got out of bed.
Since the very beginning, ParkatmyHouse.com has had a feedback system in place so you can tell the rest of the ParkatmyHouse community what your experience was like with each individual or comapny you have had a booking with.
Until now, no matter what feedback you received (positive, neutral or negative), there was no way to bat your own corner and explain why a problem may have occurred.
Not anymore!
When you are looking through your feedback (by clicking on the `Feedback Received` link in your account navigation menu), you will see a small reply button
. Simply click on it to respond to any feedback previously given to you.
More improvements are on the way!
Your ultra-busy ParkatmyHouse.com Team

We have been listening to your comments and have implemented the following improvements:
- Printable booking confirmations are now e-mailed to renters once a booking has been confirmed.
- Parking space owners will now receive an e-mail detailing all the bookings due to start on the following day.
- When completing a booking, you can now specify number of spaces to be rented.
- We have added a new left hand side navigation menu for registered users – all the information and links you could possibly need are now much easier to find. Checking your messages, previous bookings and even signing up to free text message alerts are now only one click away.
- The bottom navigation menu has been expanded to include all the major sections of the website.
As always, we would love to know what you think about these improvements and how we could make things even better. Please contact us with any new suggestions.
Happy Parking!
